About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a passion for identifying and hiring quality talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary interviews.
- Schedule interviews, maintain interview calendars, and follow up with candidates.
- Negotiate salary within approved budgets and facilitate offer roll-out.
- Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates for current and future openings.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities when required.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining recruitment quality.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (education sector experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in hiring teaching and non-teaching staff will be an added advantage.
