💼 Experience: 2–5 Years

🕐 Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
Mode Of Interview: In person
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2–5 years of hands-on experience in OPT recruitment and US IT staffing.
✅ Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, H-1B, and other US work authorization categories.
✅ Proven experience sourcing quality candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate relationship management skills.
✅ Ability to engage, convince, and guide candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process.
✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
