Key Responsibilities
- Bench Sales Management: Market "Bench Consultants" to Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners
- Sourcing & Networking: Leverage LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder to find requirements and candidates
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with vendors and candidates for high placement rates
- Reporting: Track and report daily submissions, interviews, and placements
Candidate Requirements
- Expertise: Proven experience in Bench Sales
- Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts (US markets)
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills
- 2 to 5 years of work experience with Bench Sales
- 2 to 5 years of work experience with Relationship Building
