WE ARE HIRING FOR EDUCATION COUNSELLOR/TELECALLER
Indian Institute of Creative Technologies
Location: Grant Road, Mumbai
We are inviting applications from candidates with relevant experience in the education sector.
Key responsibilities:
• Managing inbound and outbound calls
• Counselling prospective students and parents
• Explaining programmes and admission requirements
• Meeting prospective students and conducting campus tours
• Managing applicant data, emails and follow-ups
• Coordinating the complete admissions process, from application to enrolment
• Working with internal teams to ensure a smooth applicant experience
Eligibility:
• Up to three years of relevant work experience
• Experience in the education sector is mandatory
• Experience in student admissions, counselling or enrolment is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable managing calls, follow-ups, databases and face-to-face interactions
Salary Package: Upto 5 LPA.
IMPORTANT:
This is a junior role. Candidates with senior or managerial-level professionals, and candidates without education-sector experience are requested not to apply. Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
