Vision International is a boutique overseas education consultancy based in Mumbai, offering personalized guidance to students aspiring to pursue higher education in countries such as the UK, Ireland, Australia, USA, and New Zealand. Our services include university admissions, application processing, visa assistance, accommodation support, and end-to-end counselling for students and their families.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Student Support Executive who will undertake the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
· Handling students’ academic documents and uploading them to application portal
· Coordinating applications & visas with students, universities & associates via phone and email
· Calling students and requesting them for pending documents
· Work closely with the management team to understand daily operations
· Updating the CRM (Lead Squared) with all updates related to student discussuions and communications
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
- Quick thinking, self-confident and positive attitude
- Knowledge of word, excel, google sheets, google docs
- Attention to detail and ability to generate reports
- Working from office at Matunga (W), opp. railway station
