What You'll Do
You'll take complete ownership of our Shopify D2C business and help scale it to the next level.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Shopify website end-to-end
- Creating and optimizing product listings and collections
- Planning and executing product launches
- Website merchandising and category management
- Inventory planning and stock visibility
- Planning promotional campaigns, offers, bundles, and seasonal sales
- Managing CRM activities, customer retention, loyalty, and repeat purchases
- Email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- Working closely with performance marketing teams to improve ROAS and conversions
- Monitoring website analytics, conversion rates, and customer behaviour
- Coordinating with design, content, and development teams for website improvements
- Improving customer journey and website user experience
- Managing reviews, referrals, and customer engagement initiatives
- Tracking business KPIs and preparing growth reports
- Identifying new growth opportunities to scale our D2C business
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience managing a Shopify D2C website
- Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, apps, and website operations
- Experience with CRM, email marketing, and customer retention
- Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and D2C growth strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- A genuine love for pets is a big plus!
