About the Role:
We're a textile/garment manufacturing company based in Meerut, looking for someone to fully own/scale our ecommerce sales and growth — Flipkart, Amazon, and other platforms. This is a focused, hands-on role: no factory or warehouse ops involved, just ecommerce, end-to-end.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow our Flipkart seller account — listings, pricing, catalog, inventory sync, ads
- Manage and grow our Amazon seller account, plus onboard us on other relevant platforms
- Be the daily point of contact with our appointed Flipkart account manager — coordinate on growth tactics, escalate issues, push for better visibility
- Own day-to-day ecommerce activity — pricing tweaks, listing quality, ad spend, promotions etc
- Actively work on getting more reviews and ratings across platforms
- Escalate and resolve customer tickets/queries on time
- Track and improve sales numbers — this is a sales-driving role, not just account maintenance
- Submit weekly performance reports (sales, inventory, escalations, growth actions taken)
What We Need:
- 3-5 years hands-on experience managing ecommerce seller accounts (Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, shopify)
- Proven track record of driving sales growth on these platforms, not just listing management
- Comfortable talking directly to platform account managers and pushing for outcomes
- Strong with numbers — sales data, ad performance, inventory
- Comfortable working from our Meerut office
