Assistant to Director with a hospitality background.
Freshers are most welcome, especially candidates who have completed their Industrial Training or OJT in a hotel or resort.
This is a Learn & Earn opportunity where the selected candidate will work closely with the Director and all Department Heads, gaining direct exposure to hotel operations, business coordination, projects, reporting, leadership, and decision-making.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
- Industrial Training or OJT completed
- Freshers are welcome
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to travel across company locations
- Passionate about building a long-term career in hospitality operations
