About the RoleWe are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant (EA) to work directly with the Director across healthcare infrastructure, hospital consulting, and large-scale events. This role goes far beyond scheduling and admin. It is for someone who is ambitious, hyper-focused, and hungry for growth — someone who sees the EA role as a launchpad to become a Chief of Staff, Business Head, or even future CEO/Partner.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic & Business Support- Prepare briefing notes, competitor scans, and market intelligence ahead of meetings.
- Track progress of major projects (hospitals, medical colleges, H.O.CON sponsorships) and ensure deadlines are met.
- Consolidate updates from internal teams into daily/weekly actionable reports.
2. Calendar & Priority Management- Own the Director’s calendar, travel, and meeting pipeline.
- Ensure every hour is aligned with high-value outcomes.
- Coordinate strategic connections with hospital owners, trustees, sponsors, and ministers.
3. Execution & Coordination- Act as a shadow project manager — following up, driving deadlines, and escalating delays.
- Ensure speed of execution across ventures and projects.
4. Travel & Representation- Accompany the Director on national and international travel for meetings, events, and projects.
- Independently represent the Director in select meetings and site visits when required.
- Manage complete travel logistics (visas, tickets, hotels, itineraries).
5. Communication & Brand Support- Draft/review emails, proposals, presentations, and LinkedIn content.
- Work with PR, design, and event agencies to ensure a consistent, premium brand image.
- Support the Director’s LinkedIn/networking growth.
6. Operational Efficiency- Manage contracts, MoUs, and key documentation.
- Maintain a knowledge base of clients, partners, and opportunities.
- Create SOPs for recurring tasks.
Attitude & Mindset – What We ExpectThis is not a routine “assistant” role. It is a career accelerator. We expect a candidate with:
- Self-motivation & Initiative – Doesn’t wait for instructions; anticipates needs, acts proactively, and brings solutions before problems surface.
- Beyond 9-to-7 Mindset – Ready to work late nights, weekends, or across time zones when deadlines demand. Sees it as part of the responsibility, not an exception.
- Aggressiveness & Hunger – Obsessed with professional growth. Wants to prove herself, take ownership, and build a career trajectory toward leadership.
- Career Hyper-focus – Prioritizes career success over work-life balance; thrives in high-pressure, high-growth environments.
- Passion for the Role – Loves the challenge of being the right hand to the Director, thriving in an environment where every day brings new learning.
- Long-term Vision – Aspires to grow into Chief of Staff, Business Head, or even CEO/Partner role in the company.
If you are looking for a standard 9-to-7 job, this is not the role. If you are ambitious, resilient, and want to fast-track your career while working directly with top leadership, this is where you belong.
Key Skills & Attributes- Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking.
- Fluent in English, Gujarati, Hindi; excellent business writing.
- Tech-savvy – MS Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Zoho/CRM tools.
- Travel-ready and adaptable to changing schedules.
- Discretion, loyalty, and absolute professionalism.
Performance KPIs- % of Director’s time freed for strategic work.
- On-time delivery of projects/events.

- Seamless handling of national/international travel.
- Stakeholder satisfaction.
