Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence, with a strong focus on Meta platforms, performance marketing, and AI-powered marketing initiatives. The candidate will work closely with the product and business teams to drive awareness, leads, engagement, and growth for our AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage Meta Ads, audience targeting, retargeting and campaign optimization.
- Develop social media and content strategies for AI and technology products.
- Track campaign performance, leads, CAC, CTR, conversions and ROI.
- Build landing-page and lead-generation campaigns.
- Use AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, market research and automation.
- Work with creative teams to develop ads, videos, posts and marketing assets.
- Conduct competitor, audience and market research.
- Manage digital campaigns from strategy → execution → optimization → reporting.
- Support product launches and demand-generation initiatives for Citimedia's AI portfolio.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager / Facebook Business Manager.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation.
- Social media marketing and content strategy.
- Google Analytics / GA4 and campaign reporting.
- SEO/SEM fundamentals.
- Experience with AI marketing tools and Generative AI.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience marketing AI/SaaS/technology products.
- LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Canva / Adobe / video-editing tools.
- Experience running campaigns for B2B and enterprise audiences.
- Ideal candidate: A hands-on digital marketer who understands both Meta performance marketing and emerging AI tools, and can turn campaigns into measurable business results.
