Role Description This is a full-time remote Designer role. The Designer will be responsible for creating and refining visual concepts for digital products, marketing materials, and brand assets. Daily tasks include collaborating with product, marketing, and development teams; preparing design drafts and mockups; and iterating on feedback to ensure consistency with brand guidelines. The Designer will work on layout design, typography, color systems, and iconography, while optimizing assets for web and mobile platforms. The role also involves organizing design files, maintaining a design system, and contributing ideas to improve user experience and visual storytelling.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in visual design for digital interfaces, including layout, typography, color, and imagery.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) and asset management.
- Experience creating responsive designs and graphics optimized for web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, interpret requirements, and present design concepts clearly.
- Understanding of user experience principles and accessibility considerations in design.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines remotely.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work; experience with branding or marketing design is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
