Role Description The Designer will work on-site in Chennai in a full-time capacity, collaborating with project managers and other team members to develop visual concepts and designs that support client and internal projects. Daily responsibilities may include creating layouts, graphics, and presentations, refining design drafts based on feedback, and preparing final digital or print-ready assets. The role involves understanding project requirements, maintaining brand consistency across materials, and ensuring designs are delivered on time and align with functional and aesthetic standards. The Designer may also assist in documentation, coordination with vendors or printers, and participation in review meetings to continuously improve design quality.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in graphic and visual design, including experience with layouts, typography, and composition.
- Proficiency with common design and presentation tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, Figma, or similar software).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review and refine designs based on structured feedback.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Relevant educational background in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work for corporate, project-based, or client-facing assignments.
- Familiarity with basic project management principles and an interest in working within project and management service contexts is an advantage.
