🚀 We’re Hiring: Deputy General Manager / General Manager – Finance & Accounts
📍 Location: Kashipur, Uttarakhand

🏭 Industry Preference: Pulp & Paper, Chemical, Printing, Packaging, or other Manufacturing industries
🔥 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts leader to head the function and drive financial planning, reporting, compliance, controls, working capital management, cost optimization, and profitability improvement.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in a large manufacturing organization, with proven capability in managing a sizeable Finance & Accounts team and partnering with senior business leadership.
💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning & variance analysis
🔹 Prepare financial models and provide actionable insights for business decisions
🔹 Oversee monthly, quarterly & annual financial reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
🔹 Ensure statutory, taxation, accounting and regulatory compliance
🔹 Manage statutory/internal audits and closure of audit observations
🔹 Strengthen internal financial controls, accounting processes and governance
🔹 Drive working capital, treasury, cash flow, receivables and payables management
🔹 Monitor DSO, DPO and liquidity requirements
🔹 Lead cost-control and profitability improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
🔹 Analyze product costs, manufacturing costs, overheads and margins
🔹 Identify opportunities for finance process automation and digitization
🔹 Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation measures
🔹 Lead, mentor and develop the Finance & Accounts team
🔹 Partner with senior management to improve EBITDA, margins and overall profitability
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✅ 15–20 years of relevant Finance & Accounts experience
✅ CA qualification – Mandatory
✅ Experience in a large manufacturing organization
✅ Strong experience managing a sizeable Finance & Accounts team
✅ Proven experience partnering with senior business leadership
✅ Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and controls
✅ Hands-on experience in working capital and cost management
✅ Strong understanding of audit, compliance and governance
✅ Experience in paper, chemical, process or other large manufacturing industries will be an added advantage
