About the Opportunity
- GaneshaSpeaks.com is looking for a D2C Online Sales Executive to drive online sales and revenue across all D2C products and services.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in D2C sales, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive online sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data and optimize the online sales funnel.
- Plan and execute online sales campaigns.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and repeat sales.
- Track sales and campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Take ownership of sales performance and consistently work toward exceeding targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and conversions.
Skills & Experience Required
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in D2C online sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets.
- Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of online sales funnels and customer journeys.
- Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commerce background preferred.
Education
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Marketing) or equivalent.
