What We're Looking For
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* **Freshers are encouraged to apply.**
* Prior experience in customer service, food delivery, e-commerce, retail, or hospitality is an added advantage.
* Excellent communication skills in **Malayalam and English** (additional languages are a plus).
* Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
* Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
