About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and people-friendly Client Service Executive Intern to join our team. You'll be the bridge between clients and our creative, marketing, and development teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely project execution.
This internship is perfect for someone who wants to build a career in client servicing, digital marketing, and agency operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client communication via WhatsApp, email, and calls.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, feedback, and required materials.
- Prepare meeting notes and maintain project documentation.
- Track project progress and update clients regularly.
- Support proposal preparation and client presentations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Help resolve client queries in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one (Marketing, Business, or related field).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Bonus Skills
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing.
- Experience using Excel, Notion, Trello, or ClickUp.
- Previous internship or customer service experience is a plus.
