We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Customer Support Executive with a strong understanding of the stock market, particularly in equity trading and share selling. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a proven track record of resolving client queries efficiently related to equity transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to share selling, demat accounts, trading platforms, and market trends.
- Assist clients with the process of buying and selling shares through various platforms.
- Educate clients on market procedures, trading rules, settlement cycles, and corporate actions.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of stock market dynamics, key indices, and investor behavior.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic service.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Proactively inform clients of market-related updates or trading issues.
- Support compliance by following SEBI and exchange regulations in all communication.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in customer support in stock broking, trading, or financial services domain.
- Strong understanding of equity markets, share transactions, and trading platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes during market hours.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Graduation in Finance, Commerce, or related fields preferred; NISM Series-VIII certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with trading platforms or back-office support systems.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms to clients.
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer issues related to stock transactions.
