Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in Gurugram. The position is open to both freshers and experienced professionals; undergraduate and any graduate candidates may apply, except BTech graduates. In this role, the Customer Support Executive will handle incoming customer queries, provide timely and accurate information, and ensure a positive experience across phone, email, and online channels. Daily tasks include resolving customer issues, documenting interactions, coordinating with internal teams for issue escalation, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining service quality standards, updating records in support systems, and contributing feedback to improve processes and client services.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage inquiries professionally and empathetically.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support to resolve issues and maintain high service standards across digital channels.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to understand basic technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written, with active listening and clear articulation.
- Undergraduate or any graduate (non-BTech) from a recognized institution; prior experience in customer support or call center environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and online communication platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
- Problem-solving mindset, patience under pressure, and a strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
