Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Roorkee Tehsil, for Assistant and Associate Professors in the domains of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) and Computer Applications (CA). The role involves delivering lectures, designing and updating course materials, mentoring students, conducting research, publishing in reputed journals, and participating in conferences. Faculty members are also expected to contribute to curriculum development, supervise student projects, and actively engage in departmental administration. Qualifications
- Proficiency in teaching and research related to Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cyber Security, and related fields.
- Strong technical skills in programming, software engineering, algorithm design, and data analysis.
- Experience in curriculum design, academic administration, and mentoring students.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated capability in publishing research papers in high-impact journals and presenting at conferences.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies, smart classrooms, and online education tools.
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required for Associate Professor roles. Master’s degree with relevant expertise is acceptable for Assistant Professor roles. Ph.D. is highly desirable.
- Prior teaching experience in higher education and industry exposure will be considered an asset.
- Commitment to staying updated with advancements in technology and pedagogy.
