Role Description The Associate Professor role at Vignan Pharmacy College is a full-time, on-site position based in Andhra Pradesh, India. Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Pharmacy or a closely related discipline (M.Pharm is required; Ph.D. in a relevant specialization is preferred).
- Demonstrated teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level, with strong classroom and laboratory instruction skills.
- Proven research record, including publications in reputable journals, and experience supervising student research or projects.
- Knowledge of current trends, regulations, and best practices in pharmacy education and the pharmaceutical sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to teach and mentor diverse groups of students.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to balance teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities.
- Commitment to ethical academic practices, inclusive pedagogy, and collaborative work with colleagues and external partners.
- Familiarity with educational technologies, learning management systems, and basic computer skills to support teaching and research.
