WE'RE HIRING — Creative Lead (Content & Social)
📍 Full-time | Jaipur
Zillionaire isn't looking for a "content creator."
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes culture.
Someone who's obsessed with creating scroll-stopping Reels, understands visual storytelling, and knows exactly why some content blows up while the rest gets ignored.
You'll be responsible for:
- Owning the creative direction of our Instagram.
- Shooting and directing product & lifestyle content.
- Editing high-quality Reels that people actually want to watch.
- Product photography and campaign shoots.
- Working closely with the founders to build one of India's most exciting jewellery brands.
Must-haves (Non-negotiable):
- 2–3+ years of experience in a D2C brand.
- Exceptional editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, DaVinci, or similar).
- Strong photography & videography skills.
- Knows how Instagram, TikTok-style editing and short-form content work.
- Has an eye for fashion, luxury branding, and aesthetics.
- Understands streetwear culture.
- Lives on Instagram and knows what's trending before everyone else.
- Listens to hip-hop, rap, and understands Gen Z culture.
- Can think creatively instead of waiting for instructions.
- Hands-on and willing to shoot, edit, brainstorm, and execute.
Bonus points:
- Experience working with a jewellery, fashion, or luxury D2C brand.
- Experience with campaign planning and creative direction.
This role is NOT for you if:
- You only know how to follow trends but can't create them.
- You need constant direction.
- You don't have a strong visual taste.
- Fashion, music, and culture aren't a big part of your life.
