Rangmanch Farms

Job details:
We produce more content-worthy moments in one weekend than most brands manage in a month.
Almost none of it gets captured properly. I'm hiring the person who's going to fix that.
Rangmanch Farms is a 20-acre experiential hospitality destination 40 mins from Delhi: staycation rooms, 80+ activities, open gardens and landscape. On any given Saturday there's a corporate conducting team building activities, a zip-line at golden hour, a chef making something special, and 200 people having the kind of day that should be on a screen somewhere.
What the work actually looks like:
This is a build-the-function role, not a fill-a-seat role. You'll own the camera, the edit, the content calendar and the creative call. No layers, no approvals committee, no brief handed to you every morning.
→ Reels are the engine. Shooting and editing 25+ vertical shorts a month, entirely yourself. Hooks, pacing, sound, cut. This isn't an add-on to the job — it's the centre of it.
→ Events coverage. Mostly for us- capturing the venue at its most spectacular (sometimes as the client's photographer)
→ Blogger and creator collaborations. We host travel, food and general bloggers regularly. You'll host them, plan their shoot, and shoot alongside them so we walk away with our own cut of every visit — not a wait-and-see on someone else's upload.
→ Brand films, room and facility stills, campaign shoots for the website, marketing collateral and pitch decks.
Individual contributor. Reports directly to me. Full creative autonomy and a company-provided kit.
What we're looking for:
Someone who genuinely shoots and edits — not 90% one and 10% the other.
3–6 years in hospitality, weddings, fashion, events, travel or agency work.
Someone who wants to work outdoors on a farm rather than in an AC studio.
Hands on with Premiere Pro or DaVinci, Lightroom, Photoshop.
Drone certification is a big plus.
Proficient in Hindi and English language
It's a 5.5 day week with weekends on-duty - In exchange you get a property that's genuinely photogenic.
May involve travelling in future.
The honest version: long days or evenings in peak season, heat and dust in May, mud in July, and no crew to delegate to. If that reads as a dealbreaker, this isn't your role. If it reads as a playground, we should talk.
CTC: Rs. 6–9 lakh depending on experience.
