- Write creative briefs, video scripts, campaign copy, and product communication.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, photographers, creators, and agencies.
- Identify trends, cultural moments, and emerging content formats relevant to the brand.
- Drive influencer and UGC content collaborations.
Who We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year working directly with a consumer/D2C brand.
- Hands-on experience developing both brand-building and performance marketing content is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Meta Ads, short-form videos, and D2C consumer behaviour.
- Ability to balance creativity and storytelling with conversion-oriented messaging.
- Strong copywriting, scripting, campaign ideation, and creative briefing skills.
- Familiarity with creative performance metrics and A/B testing.
- A strong eye for visual aesthetics, lifestyle storytelling, and emerging consumer trends.
- Experience in F&B, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or other digitally native consumer brands is a plus.
What Success Looks Like
- Building a distinctive and aspirational brand identity for TCR.
- Developing a consistent pipeline of fresh, high-quality content.
- Improving paid advertising performance through stronger creative ideas and testing.
- Creating brand campaigns that drive both engagement and measurable business growth.
Why Join TCR?
You'll have the opportunity to shape the creative direction of one of India's emerging specialty coffee brands, working closely with the founding and growth teams.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership, creative freedom, and a direct impact on how millions of consumers discover and experience coffee.
