🚀 We’re Hiring | Social Media Content Executive
Join Maniac, a fast-growing fashion & streetwear D2C brand.
We’re looking for a creative and trend-aware Social Media Content Executive with 0–1 year of experience who understands fashion, social media, and short-form content. If you’re constantly spotting trends, saving reel ideas, and thinking about how brands can create better content, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
- Conceptualize and execute fashion reels, product videos, lifestyle content, UGC-style videos, and trend-based creatives.
- Research and identify trending formats, audios, hooks, memes, and content opportunities relevant to Maniac.
- Develop fresh content ideas aligned with Maniac’s streetwear identity and target audience.
- Shoot short-form content using smartphones/cameras and assist with day-to-day content production.
- Write engaging hooks, captions, scripts, and reel concepts.
- Participate in product shoots, campaign shoots, BTS content, and new collection launches.
- Coordinate with the social media, design, photography, and performance marketing teams to execute content.
- Create content variations for both organic social media and paid advertisements.
- Track content performance and identify which formats, hooks, and concepts are performing well.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of fresh, relevant, and platform-native content.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience in social media, content creation, fashion, D2C, or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio, Instagram page, or previous content work can also apply.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video, social media trends, and youth culture.
- Genuine interest in fashion, streetwear, styling, and digital content.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
- Good visual sense and an understanding of what makes content scroll-stopping and engaging.
- Comfortable being in front of the camera when required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with models, creators, and internal teams.
- Ability to execute ideas quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus If You
- Have created content for a fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brand.
- Understand UGC, creator-style content, and performance ad creatives.
- Have experience styling outfits or assisting with fashion shoots.
- Have created reels or short-form content with strong reach or engagement.
