Head of Content | RamAIn
Location: Bengaluru (In-office)
Employment:Full-time
Experience: 2–4 years
Compensation: ₹12–16 LPA + Equity
Company Description
RamAIn is a Y Combinator (W26)-backed AI startup with $500K in reported funding, building AI agents that automate how businesses get work done. Founded by talent from IIT Delhi, CMU, and McKinsey, RamAIn is reimagining enterprise automation by developing AI agents that can navigate software, fill forms, process documents, and execute complex workflows just like humans.
Instead of relying on traditional automation tools, Ramain builds intelligent agents that work across existing business applications, even without APIs. The company is tackling a massive opportunity in enterprise AI, making everyday operations faster, smarter, and more efficient.
Role Description
As Head of Content at RamAIn, you'll be the creative force behind how the company tells its story. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Bengaluru, where you'll own the entire content journey, from coming up with original ideas to scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing videos that people actually want to watch.
You'll create compelling product demonstrations, founder-led stories, short-form videos, and social-first content that makes cutting-edge AI technology exciting and accessible. Working closely with the founders, you'll have the freedom to experiment with bold ideas, build RamAIn's visual identity, and shape its content strategy from the ground up.
This is a hands-on creative leadership role, not just a content management position. You'll be expected to get behind the camera, edit your own work, identify emerging trends, experiment with different formats, and use audience insights to create content that drives engagement and growth.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in content creation, video production, or creative storytelling, with a strong portfolio of original work.
- Proven ability to independently conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging videos, particularly short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, visual composition, editing techniques, and the creative elements that make content engaging and shareable.
- Experience building or actively managing a personal Instagram or YouTube channel with consistent, original content.
- Demonstrated ability to create high-performing or viral content, with an understanding of audience behavior, hooks, retention, and engagement.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Ability to translate complex technical products and AI concepts into simple, engaging visual stories.
- Strong creative instincts, an independent working style, and the ability to manage content production end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for experimenting with new formats, staying ahead of social media trends, and developing a distinctive creative identity.
