## About the Role
We are hiring passionate **Online Coding Tutors / Coding Mentors for Kids** to deliver fun, hands-on, project-based coding classes to K-12 students. ## 👩💻 We're Hiring For
- 🐍 Python Programming
- 💻 Web Development (HTML, CSS & JavaScript)
- 🎮 Scratch Programming
- 📱 MIT App Inventor
## What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging, high-quality online coding sessions to K-12 students
- Teach coding through hands-on, project-based learning methods
- Help students build problem-solving, logical thinking, and computational skills
- Explain technical and programming concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand manner
- Inspire young learners to design and build real-world tech projects
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents when required
## Who Can Apply?
✔ Graduates in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, BCA, or a related field
✔ Strong knowledge of Python, Web Development, Scratch, and/or MIT App Inventor
✔ **Excellent verbal and written communication skills — this is a must, as you'll be teaching and building rapport with young students and parents**
✔ Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience preferred (freshers with strong technical and communication skills may also apply)
✔ A good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts is a plus
✔ Must have a **laptop/PC with a stable, good-speed internet connection** (mandatory)
## Minimum Hour Commitment
- **Weekdays:** 4 hours
- **Weekends:** 5 hours
