Role Description: The AI Tools Mastery Tutor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The tutor will guide learners in effectively using AI tools for productivity, creativity, and problem-solving, delivering interactive sessions, workshops, and labs. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and facilitating classes, creating learning resources and practical exercises, mentoring learners on projects, and providing individualised feedback to support skill development. The tutor will also stay current with emerging AI tools and best practices, incorporate them into the curriculum, and collaborate with the academic and product teams to continuously improve the learning experience. In addition, the role involves assessing learner progress, contributing to course design, and helping foster an inclusive, supportive, and growth-oriented classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in using modern AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms, prompt engineering, automation tools) and the ability to explain them in clear, practical terms.
- Experience designing or delivering training, workshops, or classes, preferably in technology, AI, or digital skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive teaching approach.
- Ability to create concise learning materials, hands-on exercises, and structured curricula aligned with industry needs.
- Comfort with basic data literacy and digital workflows, and openness to continuously learning new tools and methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Education, Business, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Prior experience mentoring students or early-career professionals is an advantage; familiarity with career coaching or employability skills is a plus.
Required Skills and Knowledge
• Strong practical knowledge of popular AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Grok, and similar platforms.
• Knowledge of AI tools for presentations, research, writing, image generation, video creation, productivity, and data analysis.
• Good understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to learners from non-technical backgrounds.
• Strong presentation, communication, and classroom-management skills.
• Passion for teaching, experimentation, and continuous learning.
• Ability to stay updated in the rapidly evolving AI space.
Additional Advantage
Knowledge or hands-on experience with automation tools such as:

• AI agents and workflow automation platforms
• No-code and low-code tools
Experience in building AI-powered automations, chatbots, agents, or business workflows will be considered a strong advantage.
