We’re expanding our leadership team and looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial Co-Founder who wants to build, lead, and grow with us.
Company Description AdDrive is a marketing and advertising agency focused on helping brands grow, compete, and lead in a rapidly evolving marketplace. The company combines data-driven strategy with creative execution to deliver measurable results in awareness, engagement, and revenue. AdDrive’s process starts with understanding each client’s business goals, target audience, and competitive environment. Based on these insights, the team designs and runs integrated digital marketing and advertising initiatives that align brand vision with performance outcomes.
Role Description As a full-time Co-Founder at AdDrive, you will help shape the company’s strategic direction, drive business growth, and build strong client relationships. You will oversee day-to-day operations, including developing marketing and advertising strategies, reviewing campaign performance, and guiding the team on execution. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, leading sales pitches, and collaborating on brand positioning and service offerings. You will work closely with partners to refine processes, manage budgets, and ensure delivery of high-quality, results-oriented campaigns. This is a hybrid role based in Kochi, with flexibility for some work from home as business needs allow.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate campaign performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication abilities for client engagement, stakeholder alignment, and clear internal collaboration.
- Proven sales skills to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals that contribute to agency growth.
- Marketing expertise, including digital marketing, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy development.
- Research skills to understand market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience or strong interest in co-founding or scaling a business.
- Leadership capabilities to build, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience is also valued.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Kochi, with the ability to manage time and responsibilities across office and remote work.
