Role Description The AI Workshop Trainer will design and deliver interactive, instructor-led workshops on AI concepts, tools, and practical applications to diverse learner groups. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves planning curricula, preparing training materials, and conducting classroom sessions and hands-on labs. The trainer will assess participant needs, adapt teaching methods to varying skill levels, and provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and support throughout each program. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with other trainers and content developers, updating materials to reflect current AI trends, documenting learner progress, and contributing to continuous improvement of training offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in leading Workshops and delivering Training sessions in technical or professional topics.
- Experience in Teaching and Education, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accessibly.
- Proficiency in Writing instructional content, lesson plans, and learning resources for varied audiences.
- Solid understanding of AI fundamentals, such as machine learning, generative AI tools, and practical use cases.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging groups in an on-site classroom setting.
- Ability to design learner-centric experiences, assess skills, and provide constructive feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Education, Engineering, Data Science, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or facilitator in technology or professional skills programs is preferred.
- Comfort with using modern educational technologies, collaboration tools, and AI platforms during sessions.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory teaching practices.
