🚨 We’re Hiring | Client Servicing Manager – Event Management & Experiential Marketing
Are you an experienced client servicing professional with a passion for events, brand experiences, and building strong client relationships?
We’re looking for a Client Servicing Manager to join a leading event management & experiential marketing company and drive client satisfaction, team performance, business growth, and end-to-end event execution.
📍 Locations: Bangalore | Mumbai | Delhi
💼 Work Mode: On-site
💰 Salary: Based on company standards
🎯 Experience: 2–5 years
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and strengthen key client relationships
• Lead and mentor the client servicing team
• Oversee event planning, execution, and delivery
• Drive upselling, cross-selling, and client retention
• Support business development and revenue growth
• Manage project budgets, financials, and profitability
• Handle client negotiations and contracts
• Ensure quality control and timely issue resolution
• Prepare performance, financial, and client feedback reports
