We're Hiring: Account Manager – Influencer Marketing
📍 Location: Kochi / Kerala
💼 Experience: 2–4 years (agency / influencer marketing / client servicing)
About the Role:
We're an influencer marketing agency working with brands across categories. We're looking for an Account Manager to own our existing brand client relationships — ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, clients stay happy, and accounts renew month after month.
This is a retention and delivery role, not a sales role. Your success is measured by client satisfaction and recurring revenue.
What You'll Do:
✅ Own relationships with existing brand clients — communication, campaign updates, reviews, and renewals
✅ Act as the bridge between clients and our influencer operations team — brief clearly, track progress, ensure on-time delivery
✅ Monitor campaign execution and flag risks before they become client problems
✅ Handle client concerns proactively with clear, honest communication
✅ Share campaign reports with insights and next steps, not just numbers
✅ Drive renewals and repeat campaigns, building recurring revenue
✅ Keep trackers and client communication organized so nothing slips through
What We're Looking For:
🔹 2–4 years in client servicing / account management at a digital, influencer, or creative agency
🔹 Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube creator ecosystems and campaign metrics
🔹 Excellent communication in English and Malayalam
🔹 Highly organized — able to manage multiple brand accounts without dropping details
🔹 Ownership mindset — you follow up without being told
🔹 Bonus: experience managing retainer or recurring agency clients
