Job Description
- Assist in client servicing and coordination for corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, and brand activations.
- Understand client requirements and support the preparation of proposals, quotations, budgets, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and client communications to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain strong client relationships, address queries professionally, and support client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain project documentation and assist senior team members in account management, upselling, and process improvement.
Preferred Background
- Experience in client servicing within the event management, weddings, experiential marketing ( Mandatory).
- Proven experience managing premium clients, key accounts, and leading client servicing teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
