📍 Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear internal briefs.
- Coordinate with Creative, Production, Operations and Vendor teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, timelines and project-related documentation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Attend client meetings, site visits and event executions as required.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure effective communication throughout projects.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and client management skills.
- Strong coordination, organisational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in events, experiential marketing, client servicing or advertising preferred.
- Willingness to attend site visits and event executions as required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
