Role Description:
The Client Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role focuses on delivering a premium client experience by providing personalized styling advice, guiding clients through the collection, and supporting them in selecting garments that reflect their preferences and occasion needs. The Client Advisor will manage client interactions from initial consultation to post-purchase follow-up, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term relationships. Daily responsibilities include welcoming clients, understanding their requirements, presenting product features and craftsmanship details, handling inquiries, coordinating fittings and alterations with internal teams, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and design teams, contributing feedback from clients, and supporting in-store events or trunk shows to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications:
- Strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities, including active listening and clear, professional interaction.
- Basic understanding of Insurance or related services for clients, such as garment protection or relevant policies, is an advantage.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end customer-facing roles preferred.
- Knowledge of menswear, occasion-wear, and Indian couture, with an eye for styling and fit.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including weekends and peak festive seasons, with a flexible schedule.
- Proficiency in English; familiarity with local languages is beneficial.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
