Role Description The Account Manager role at SECURA SECURITY is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client security and facility needs, and ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal operations teams, supervising manpower deployment, monitoring service performance, and addressing client concerns in a timely manner. The role involves preparing reports, supporting contract renewals, assisting in proposals for new business, and maintaining accurate documentation related to accounts. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with management to identify opportunities for service improvement and account growth while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
- Client management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand and align with client requirements.
- Experience in security services, facility management, or manpower services, ideally in a supervisory or account-handling capacity.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational skills for scheduling, documentation, reporting, and coordinating manpower resources.
- Basic knowledge of contract management, service-level agreements, and operational compliance.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, travel locally to client locations as required, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) for reporting and client communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
