Role Overview:
We are seeking a City Operations Lead to lead city operations, drive service excellence, and build scalable processes that enable sustainable growth. This role requires a highly execution-focused professional who can manage cross-functional stakeholders, solve operational challenges, and continuously improve customer and partner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end city operations across multiple service categories.
- Onboard, manage, and enable service professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
- Drive service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction through continuous monitoring and process improvements.
- Coordinate with Customer Support to resolve operational escalations effectively and in a timely manner.
- Monitor operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Take ownership of city-level operational performance, ensuring service reliability and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to launch new service categories, optimize operations, and support city expansion initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and other internal teams to improve operational outcomes and customer experience.
- Build, implement, and continuously improve scalable operational processes that support business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of experience in Operations, Marketplace Operations, Category Management, Supply Operations, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, planning, coordination, and execution skills.
- Experience in hyperlocal services, e-commerce, logistics, food delivery, mobility, or marketplace businesses is preferred.
