Sangi's Kitchen is a Mumbai-based gourmet food brand inspired by global flavours, travel and culinary curiosity. We're building a modern pantry brand across retail, e-commerce and quick commerce.
Role Description
We're looking for an Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations across production, procurement, inventory and fulfilment. The role will work closely with Sales and Production to ensure the right products are planned, produced and available across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Drive demand and production planning with Sales and Production.
- Track POs, PO fulfilment and stock in transit.
- Manage RM/PM sourcing, procurement and product development costing.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with channel partners on stock availability and supply requirements.
- Manage fulfilment and logistics across retail, Amazon, D2C and quick commerce.
- Maintain accurate operational records and MIS.
- Identify and solve operational gaps across the supply chain.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, FMCG, Food or Consumer businesses.
- Strong experience in inventory, procurement and production planning.
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving and execution skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience with D2C, e-commerce, retail or quick commerce is a plus.
