About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, business-minded Chief Marketing Officer who can build and execute marketing strategies for both products.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of brand positioning, go-to-market planning, digital marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, and marketing performance.
This is an early-stage leadership opportunity for someone who can combine marketing expertise with an investor's mindset and contribute directly to the company's growth.
Investment Requirement
This position has a mandatory investment component.
- The selected candidate must invest capital in ARZAQ INSIGHTS.
- The investment will be made in exchange for an agreed equity stake in the business.
- The investment amount, company valuation, equity percentage, and investment terms will be mutually negotiated and documented.
- The candidate must also qualify for the CMO position based on their skills, experience, and ability to execute the role.
Investment alone does not guarantee selection for the position.
Compensation Structure
The arrangement consists of two separate components:
1. Investment for Equity: The candidate invests in ARZAQ INSIGHTS and receives an equity stake according to mutually agreed terms.
2. Salary for the CMO Role: The selected candidate receives salary-based compensation for their professional responsibilities. Salary will be negotiated based on experience, capabilities, and agreed terms.
The salary and investment are separate. The investment is not a substitute for salary, and salary does not remove the investment requirement.

- Build clear brand positioning and marketing strategies for both products.
- Plan and execute customer acquisition campaigns across relevant channels.

- Experience with SaaS, B2B marketing, EdTech, or technology products is preferred.
- Ability to develop marketing strategies and execute them with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership of results.
