About the Role
Peachtree Elevate is building the talent infrastructure for the global semiconductor and deep-tech sector, developing and connecting industry-ready talent from the fab floor to the boardroom.
We seek a hands-on technology leader to build our AI-enabled learning and talent platform. It will personalize learning, map skills to jobs, maintain a verifiable Competency Ledger, connect candidates with employers and support AR and VR simulations.
What You Will Own
· Define the technology vision, architecture and roadmap and launch the MVP for the first 100 to 150 candidates.
· Build AI capabilities for course recommendations, personalized learning, skill-gap analysis and job matching, with privacy and human safeguards.
· Develop the data architecture and Competency Ledger linking skills, curricula, certifications, practical exposure, placements and employer requirements.
· Own the AR and VR roadmap and build validated simulations with semiconductor experts, instructors and partners.
· Make disciplined build-versus-buy decisions; integrate suitable learning, assessment, cloud and credentialing tools; and establish security and reliability.
· Build a lean team, manage partners and align technology with curriculum, operations, sales and fundraising.
What We Are Looking For
· 7 to 10 years in software engineering, product development, AI or technology leadership, preferably in a startup or product company.
· Experience shipping web, mobile or SaaS products; strong full-stack foundations; and the ability to review and write code. Python and JavaScript or TypeScript are preferred.
· Practical AI or machine-learning deployment experience; exposure to LLMs, recommendations, personalization, matching or NLP is valuable.
· Understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, databases, data pipelines, DevOps, cybersecurity and privacy, with experience guiding developers or partners.
· A relevant technical degree or equivalent experience. EdTech, HRTech, AR or VR, semiconductor or industrial-training exposure is advantageous.
· A curious, self-directed product builder comfortable with ambiguity, practical trade-offs and technical and business communication.
What Success Looks Like
A pilot-ready platform, Competency Ledger version one, initial AI matching and at pilot versions of AR or VR simulation are live, scalable and tied to measurable outcomes.
