Every year, billions of dollars are won or lost because companies cannot connect fragmented information across chemicals, manufacturers, applications, patents, regulations, trade flows, investments, and supply chains.
We're building Market Krystal to change that.
Our vision is to become the commercial intelligence layer for the global chemical industry—where every molecule has a digital identity and every business decision is backed by structured intelligence.
Now we're looking for someone who wants to lead that journey.
This is NOT a traditional CEO job.
This is an opportunity to build a company from the ground up.

What you'll actually do
- Build the company alongside the founder.
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy.
- Acquire enterprise customers globally.
- Lead fundraising and strategic partnerships.
- Build and manage a high-performing team.
- Shape the culture, vision, and long-term direction of Market Krystal.
You'll have the freedom to make decisions, challenge assumptions, and help define the future of the business.
Who we're looking for
We're less interested in titles and more interested in capability. You may have:
- Built or scaled a startup.
- Led business development or strategy.
- Worked in consulting, SaaS, AI, data, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or industrial technology.
- Experience raising capital, closing enterprise deals, or leading cross-functional teams.
You should ideally possess:
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong commercial instincts.
- Ability to make decisions with limited information.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Curiosity about technology, AI, and data-driven businesses.
- High ownership and execution ability.
Qualifications (preferred, not mandatory)
- MBA from a reputed institution, or
- Engineering/Science background with business leadership experience, or
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in startups, consulting, enterprise software, chemicals, or industrial businesses.
Exceptional candidates without these qualifications are equally encouraged to apply.
Compensation
This is an equity-first opportunity.
We are currently building the company and are not offering a market salary. Instead, we're looking for someone who wants meaningful ownership and believes in creating long-term value. As the company grows and reaches funding or revenue milestones, the role is expected to transition into a full-time compensated leadership position.
