Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Monitor and report on the company's financial health.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and provide required financial documents.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
- Supervise and guide the accounting team.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decision-making.
- Work effectively using SAP for accounting and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Monitor the company's financial health and prepare financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledger records.
- Analyze financial data and present reports for management decisions.
Accounts Management
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate audits and provide all required financial documents.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Manage cash flow effectively.
- Prepare budgets and support financial planning activities.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements.
Team Management
- Supervise and guide accounting staff.
- Ensure efficient execution of accounting activities.
