$A Personal Note from the Founder$
Over the years, I have spent a significant part of my professional journey building Stock Market & learning systems that can help young people develop practical skills and build meaningful careers.
I believe we have built something valuable at ICFM.
But I also believe that a good product alone cannot build a great organisation.
Great organisations are built by great people who take ownership.
At this stage of our journey, I am not looking for another employee or someone who simply manages a team and achieves a monthly target.
I am looking for a business leader—someone who can understand what we are building, challenge us when necessary, develop people, solve problems, and take responsibility for turning potential into performance.
If you have spent your career building teams, delivering results, and believe you are ready to take ownership of something bigger than a conventional job description, I would genuinely like to meet you.
If you believe you could be the person who helps lead ICFM through its next phase of growth, let's start a conversation.
