Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and career-focused Career Consultant to guide candidates in identifying suitable career opportunities and support them throughout the job search and placement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand candidates’ skills, experience, career goals, and job preferences.
- Provide personalized career guidance and recommend suitable job opportunities.
- Review and evaluate candidate resumes and profiles for role suitability.
- Assist candidates with resume improvement and interview preparation.
- Coordinate with recruiters and placement teams regarding candidate requirements.
- Support candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding applications, interviews, and selection status.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update application details.
- Track candidate progress using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other internal tools.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide regular career support.
- Meet individual and team placement-related targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Career Consulting, Recruitment, Placement, HR, Counseling, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of resumes, job applications, and interview processes.
- Ability to understand candidate profiles and match them with suitable opportunities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
