We are a Executive Search firm specializing in Mid and Senior Level Non IT Recruitment across industries. We partner with organisations to identify and hire high-quality professionals for critical, niche and leadership positions.
We are looking for a Business Development professional who will be responsible for generating qualified leads, connecting with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams and key decision-makers, and converting prospects into clients for our recruitment services.
Role: Business Development Specialist
Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (5 minutes from railway station)
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential companies and decision-makers through mapping, market research, networking and referrals.
- Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and business opportunities.
- Initiate conversations with HR Heads, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads and business decision-makers to understand their hiring requirements.
- Schedule client meetings and drive prospects through the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat and additional business.
- Maintain accurate lead, activity and pipeline information.

Compensation: Up to ₹5 LPA
Compensation will be based on current salary, relevant experience, skill set and overall fitment.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation / Recruitment Sales /
- Experience in selling Recruitment Services / Staffing / Executive Search will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn mapping, prospect research and outbound lead generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with senior HR professionals and business decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up, relationship-building and conversion skills.
