🚨 We’re Hiring | Business Development & Sales Manager – DuPont MBR
Geofluid Processors Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its DuPont MBR business and looking for an experienced, commercially driven professional to lead business development and sales across key markets in India.
📍 Locations: Delhi NCR | Chandigarh | Bengaluru | Chennai | Gujarat
💼 Experience: 7–20 Years
🎯 Function: Sales & Business Development
👤 Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer
What You’ll Drive ?
• Business development and revenue growth for DuPont MBR solutions
• New customer acquisition and market expansion
• Relationships with EPCs, consultants, OEMs, integrators & industrial end users
• Technical & commercial solution selling
• Tendering, proposals, negotiations and project closures
• Sales pipeline, forecasting and target achievement
• Market intelligence and competitive analysis
What We’re Looking For?
✔️ Strong B2B sales & business development experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment
✔️ Experience with MBR, UF/RO, membrane technologies or water treatment equipment preferred
✔️ Proven track record in solution-based/project sales
✔️ Strong technical, commercial, negotiation & relationship management skills
✔️ Engineering/Science background preferred; MBA is an advantage
