As we work toward expanding our presence across India, we are looking for a Dentist + MBA who can become an important part of our business and operations leadership team.
🎯 THE ROLEBusiness Development & Operations Manager
📍 Mumbai — Powai / Juhu
🎓 BDS / MDS + MBA
💰 ₹5.5 Lakhs Per Annum — Final & Non-Negotiable
This is not a conventional desk job.
You will operate at the intersection of:
Healthcare × Dentistry × Business × Operations × People × Technology
You will be the connecting force between doctors, corporate partners, BD teams, interns, technology partners, pharmaceutical companies, and the IDDA core team.
We are looking for someone who can:
Think → Plan → Communicate → Execute → Measure → Improve
🔥 WHAT WILL YOU DO?1️⃣ LEAD DOCTOR ONBOARDING & PARTNERSHIPS
Take ownership of the complete doctor onboarding journey.
You will:
• Identify and engage dental and dermatology consultants
• Conduct introductory conversations and follow-ups
• Organize online/offline doctor meetings
• Understand doctors' requirements and concerns
• Coordinate documentation and verification
• Support agreement and onboarding processes
• Conduct conversion discussions when required
• Clearly communicate the IDDA proposition
• Build long-term professional relationships
• Maintain relationships with doctors across cities
Your responsibility is simple:
Make sure a potential doctor doesn't disappear somewhere between the first conversation and final onboarding.
2️⃣ 🌍 MANAGE MULTI-CITY OPERATIONS
IDDA is working toward a Pan-India presence.
You may coordinate operations across:
📍 Mumbai
📍 Pune
📍 Nagpur
📍 Hyderabad
📍 Delhi
📍 Ahmedabad
📍 And other cities as we expand
You will monitor:
• City-wise progress
• BD Executive performance
• Daily/weekly updates
• Operational gaps
• Team accountability
• Execution timelines
• Inter-city coordination
• Local market dynamics
We don't want someone who only knows what is written in a report.
We want someone who understands what is actually happening on the ground.
3️⃣ 👥 TRAIN & MANAGE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAMS
Our BD Executives and interns will need continuous guidance, coaching, and accountability.
You will:
• Train new team members
• Conduct training sessions
• Review communication approaches
• Guide difficult conversations
• Monitor follow-ups
• Identify performance gaps
• Conduct 1:1 coaching
• Improve conversion ability
• Review pitches and presentations
• Build accountability
• Maintain team morale

4️⃣ 🎓 BUILD DOCTOR NETWORKS THROUGH CDE & CME
Professional engagement with the healthcare community will be an important part of IDDA's growth.
You will help coordinate:
🎓 CDE — Continuing Dental Education
🎓 CME — Continuing Medical Education
Responsibilities may include:
• Connecting with senior doctors
• Building relationships with healthcare leaders
• Identifying CDE/CME opportunities
• Coordinating meetings
• Supporting event execution
• Maintaining participating-doctor relationships
• Developing long-term professional collaborations
Your clinical background will be especially valuable when engaging with healthcare professionals.
5️⃣ 💊 PHARMA & HEALTHTECH COLLABORATIONS
IDDA is also exploring opportunities with pharmaceutical and healthcare technology companies.
You may be involved in:
