We are a global IT services and staffing firm headquartered in India, delivering specialized talent solutions across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- ✅ Acquire new domestic clients for IT & Non-IT recruitment.
- ✅ Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and email campaigns.
- ✅ Identify hiring opportunities and convert leads into active clients.
- ✅ Negotiate commercials, contracts, and service agreements.
- ✅ Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- ✅ Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery.
- ✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
What We're Looking For:
- 4–8 years of Recruitment Business Development experience.
- Proven experience in IT Domestic Staffing/Recruitment Sales
- Proven track record in client acquisition, Account Management, Client services in IT Consulting or Staffing and revenue generation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or decision-makers is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
