About the role
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help veterinary clinics, vaccination centers, grooming salons and pet boarding businesses discover Scoobycares. You'll be one of the first people to shape how we reach and grow our customer base.
This role suits someone who is curious, confident talking to people and keen to learn how a B2B SaaS business grows. We care more about your interest, attitude and willingness to learn than a long experience letter.
What you'll do
- Identify and reach out to veterinary clinics, pet businesses, grooming and boarding centers
- Introduce Scoobycares and book product demos
- Follow up with leads and guide them through our 2-month free trial
- Understand clinic owners' daily challenges and explain how Scoobycares helps
- Share customer feedback with our product team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics and partners
- Track your leads, conversations and results
What we're looking for
- Freshers and early-career candidates are welcome
- Strong communication skills in English plus a local language (for example Hindi or Kannada)
- Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn outreach
- Eager to learn about SaaS, sales and the veterinary industry
- Self-motivated, organised and persistent
- Interest in pets and animal care is a plus
- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation
