Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing (Remote)

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Business Development Manager with a strong background in digital marketing sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and close new business leads for digital marketing services (Social Media, Performance Marketing, SEO, Websites, Content, Influencer Marketing, etc.).
- Identify client needs and create customized proposals and pitches.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.
- Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report to management regularly.
- Represent Infinityy Media in client meetings, virtual discussions, and networking events.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of proven experience in Business Development, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and online communication platforms.
