We are garment manufacturing industry seeking the ideal candidate who take initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
- Setting sales targets
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Collecting market research and customer feedback and identify problems/ patterns
- Developing self strategies
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Recruitment and the training of cell staff allocating areas to cells representatives
- Monitor teams performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Travel across and generate new business
- Analysing and managing sales figures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6-10 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
